Testosterone is the hormone that makes men, men. Without it, we’ll turn into women.
Here are three simple steps that will double your testosterone.
Step 1: Increase your calories
If you want to increase your testosterone, you need to increase calories. You need your body to be in a caloric surplus to make more testosterone. Eat a lot of healthy foods.
Eating lots of healthy foods will give your body the fuel it needs to not only make more testosterone but to build muscle and function optimally.
Step 2: Increase your fat consumption
Fat is the macronutrient that raises testosterone the most. Why? Because fat contains cholesterol. Cholesterol is needed to make and regulated hormones. And no, cholesterol is not bad for you.
Foods high in fat are beef, pork, lamb, cheese, and egg yolks. If you can, buy some duck eggs. Duck egg’s yolks are massive and filled with good fats that will increase your testosterone.
Legendary bodybuilder Vince Gironda ate 36 eggs per day. He famously said that it has the same effectiveness as Dianabol, with none of the side effects.
Step 3: Lift weights as much as possible
Exercises like the squat and deadlift are known to increase testosterone since it works your whole body.
If you want to increase your testosterone, you’ll need to lift weights a lot.
There is a program called, “Squat Every Day” and it’s pretty self-explanatory.
Before I started to squat every day, I only squatted twice a week. My squat wasn’t where I wanted to be. When I started to squat every day, my squat almost doubled. Squatting every day works by increasing your testosterone and the natural GH in the body. So when your squat goes up, all your other lifts will also go up.
If you really want to be a freak, combine the squat everyday program and eat 36 eggs a day. It goes without saying that you will gain muscle.
